Established as a business help desk, Tech Support Pro is designed to support the installation, set up and troubleshooting of networks, computers, printers, smartphones, gaming systems, software, applications and certain "Internet of Things" items that utilize network connectivity to send and receive data. It also offers extended services, including data migration support, and an available smartphone tool. As a Tech Support Pro customer, you have access for an additional charge to Tech on Demand, which makes certified onsite technicians available for assistance with non-91¹û¶³´«Ã½ installation and troubleshooting needs. It does not support the equipment provided by 91¹û¶³´«Ã½ for your 91¹û¶³´«Ã½ Internet or TV services.

Support areas include, but are not limited to helping you:

• Locate and remove viruses, plus install and configure anti-virus software
• Remove adware/spyware to help stop pop-ups and install/configure anti-spyware software
• Tune up your PC to increase speed and performance
• Troubleshoot email and software problems
• Troubleshoot printer, scanner, digital camera and other peripheral device problems
• Connect your wireless and other smart devices : installation, activation, and ongoing support/troubleshooting
• Troubleshoot error messages, frozen screens and much more
• Perform standard maintenance and Windows updates/patches
• Set up and use your mobile devices, including training
• Install, configure and train on new software and hardware
• Transfer data and pictures from one PC or Mac to another (less than 50GB)

As a Tech Support Pro customer you are entitled to unlimited support each month.

If you already have 91¹û¶³´«Ã½ Broadband you can start using Tech Support Pro immediately. If you are ordering new 91¹û¶³´«Ã½ Broadband (Fios or HSI), your Tech Support Pro subscription will be available for use as soon as your services are installed.

As a Tech Support Pro customer you have access, for an additional charge, to Tech on Demand, which makes certified onsite technicians available for assistances with non-91¹û¶³´«Ã½ installation and troubleshooting needs. Tech on Demand is provided by an independent provider of professional installation and support services. Tech on Demand services are not provided by 91¹û¶³´«Ã½.

Types of service covered may include:

• Installation - 3rd party device mounting and connection, flat panel TV installation supporting cabling for 3rd party devices, connected locks, smart garage door openers, etc.
• Configuration - install and configure gaming consoles, wireless printing, etc.
• Moves - reinstall third party devices following relocations and renovations

Yes, Tech Support Pro agents are available 24 hours a day, seven days a week, 365 days a year. Call anytime you need technical assistance, even in the middle of the night or on a holiday. We're always here, waiting to help you.

All certified Tech Support Pro agents are located within the United States.

There is no limit to the number of supported devices in your home. However, only the primary 91¹û¶³´«Ã½ account holder's family may call for technical assistance.

All Tech Support Pro customers are eligible for great features like

• 24-hour Tech Support: Concerns related to installation, configuration, set up and support of a PC, Laptop, smart appliances, Internet of Things products and other non-91¹û¶³´«Ã½ devices.
• Day of Install Set-Up Advice (over the phone): Support for setting up your devices and connecting them to your home network.
• PC Tune Ups: Helps keep machines running at their peak with a total of 5 tune ups annually.
• Data Migration: Includes support for moving up to 50GB of pictures, videos, and music, and provides tools to help customers perform more robust data migration tasks.
• Tech On Demand: You can pay for a third party professional to help set up and install non-91¹û¶³´«Ã½ products in their home (TV's, Computing & IoT products, etc.)
• Streamlined IVR & Priority Access: Simplified access to Tech Support Pro agents using the 91¹û¶³´«Ã½ IVR. Fios Internet customers also have priority access to the first available 91¹û¶³´«Ã½ care rep.
• 91¹û¶³´«Ã½ Dedicated Reps: Fios Internet customers have access to dedicated reps.
• Installation Advantage: Choose preferred morning (or) evening installation windows (Move or change orders Fios Only)

You will receive a welcome text when your 91¹û¶³´«Ã½ Internet service is installed so you can connect to a Tech Support Pro agent for assistance with installation and set-up of 3rd party devices. It does not support the equipment provided by 91¹û¶³´«Ã½ for your 91¹û¶³´«Ã½ Internet or TV services.

For only $10.00 per month you will receive unlimited tech support.

Tech Support Pro is a month to month service and can be canceled at anytime without penalty or early termination fees.

Tech Support Pro will be added to your monthly 91¹û¶³´«Ã½ bill for easy management.

While a software download is not required to receive remote or onsite support, we recommended that you download the Quick Connect software to improve your remote support experience. You are also encouraged to download the MyFios app, which supports easy contact with a Tech Support Pro agent via phone.

Software Requirements:

• Windows XP SP3, Windows Vista, Windows7, Windows 8, Windows 8.1, Windows 10 (32 bit or 64 bit)

Hardware Requirements:

• Pentium 233-megahertz (MHz) processor or faster (300 MHz is recommended)
• At least 64 megabytes (MB) of RAM (128 MB is recommended)
• At least 1.5 gigabytes (GB) of available space on the hard disk

Tech Support Pro includes support for moving up to 50GB of pictures, videos, and music, and provides tools to help customers perform more robust data migration tasks. For more advanced support a fee based service ($40.00) is available for live agent assistance for heavy data migration needs.

The Tech Support Pro service is not transferable to another account. Only the primary 91¹û¶³´«Ã½ account holder's family may call for technical assistance.
